Brink’s Tree Care Fleet

Log Loaders

Brink’s Land Improvement owns 3 log loaders in the 70-80k lb class, with 3 additional CAT 325 loaders/processors and a CAT 568 available for larger projects in cooperation with Dave Brink logging. These loaders keep material moving, and keep slash on our project fed into our chippers and grinders.

Lowboy Heavy Haul Truck

We own and operate a lowboy in house taking care of our equipment moving needs, and helping keep our projects moving on our schedule.

648H Swing Boom Grapple Skidder

This grapple skidder with winch is used in niche areas for its ability to manipulate its logs in the grapple, deck, and provide us flexibility in our hazard tree removal operations.

HG6800 Horizontal Grinder

The HG6800 horizontal grinder is powered by a 965 horsepower CAT engine and is capable of running through an enormous amount of material. Its is fed by our log loaders with brush grapples, or fixed grapple excavator to maximize production. It’s best suited for large slash pile projects, storm damage, land clearing or similar projects with a high volume of material to grind. It is capable of grinding dirty slash, stumps and similar into various sizes depending on customer specifications. Material can be ground and spread on-site or hauled away in chip vans depending on site requirements.

Mobark M20R Tracked Chipper

Our 400hp Mobark tracked chipper is best for the smaller units, requiring a lighter footprint and smaller volume of material. Can be fed with a variety of machines and is a good tool filling in the gap for smaller chipping units.

Vermeer WC2500TX Chipper

We have 2ea 600 Horsepower tracked chippers, best fed with one of our log loaders for reduction of slash, and our land clearing projects where production and chip spreading is a priority.

90' Tracked Man Lift - Omme 2750

This tracked man lift has a working height of 90' and 51' of out reach from center of machine. It can set-up on slopes up to 40%, and can withdraw its tracks to a total width of 3'8" to fit through doors, gates and tight quarters. In addition, its articulated design allows a full out reach at a height of 35', allowing an up-and-over work environment. This machine allows us to access our work in any location, and provide higher quality and productivity to our clients. This piece of equipment is used most in technical tree removals, and side limbing where our Kershaw Sky-Trim cannot access.

Chip Truck & Chippers

This chip truck and brush chipper is used as needed. Some sensitive areas require brush to be chipped and hauled off-site. We have two chippers in our fleet to suit the project needs. Our large 21” whole tree chipper is a game changer for tree removals. We no longer deal with handling any material by hand. All small limbs, and logs alike are fed into our chipper with either a winch, mini skid steer, excavator, or our self loading log truck as needed for each project. This machine has decreased the size of our crew while also increasing our productivity. Our small 12” chipper is used for small access areas and is meant to be fed by hand.

Skid Steers

We have access to three skid steers and a variety of attachments that enable us to clean up slash, feed our chipper, and move logs.

We use Toro Dingo skid steers capable of lifting over 2500 lbs. This has taken the physical labor portion of our work out of the equation. In combination with our 21” capacity wood chipper, we are able to make quick work of any tree.

Toro Stump Grinder

Mobile enough to access sensitive areas our machines cannot, this stump grinder compliments our mulching fleet and is used extensively on our tree removal projects.

Self_Loader_Log_Truck.jpg

Self Loading Log Truck

This 1999 Kenworth self loader rounds out our equipment hauling, and log loading capabilities. This is a service we hire out, but most importantly keeps log hauling in house. Providing our clients a higher quality service at a lower cost.

John Deere 640 Skidder

Our John Deere Skidder is used in small tract logging operations, view enhancements, access road tree removals, directional felling near power lines or pipelines, and to support our mulching machines on steep slopes.
